We provide Security Services to more than 200 various categories of Clients, comprising of Industrial Establishments, Tech Parks, Automobile Sales Showrooms & Service Centers, Premier Jewellery Showrooms, Hospitals, Institutions, Commercial Complex, Residential Estates, Apartments and other Business Centers.
We also conduct Security Survey by a Team of Qualified Professionals of the entire Unit / Establishment area to be secured, to determine the optimum category & strength of Security Personnel, encompassing installation of suitable Electronic Surveillance Systems, for achievement of effective Cost Control.
Periodical review of the Security Arrangements in the Unit/ Establishment area will also be carried out based on existing Security Threat Perceptions.

Review of Security
All Managers and Field Executives of the Company meet clients regularly to review performance and quality of service. In addition, we carry out periodic reviews of all security systems and security documentation in order to effect continuous improvement in service.
Monitoring Activity, Patrolling, Day & Night Checks
Patrolling by unit personnel and day / night-checks by Managers and Field Executives is carried out regularly. In addition, the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System ensures three-tier monitoring activity on a continuous basis.

Training
The company views training as the keystone for its excellence in service. 21 days of Classroom & Outdoor Training is imparted to all fresh recruits. This training serves as the introduction to the major aspects of security work at the unit level such as Duties & Responsibilities and other Standard Operating Procedure as per the Clients requirement.
Our staff is also trained to respond to situations like fires, strikes, gheraos, labour unrest situations. Such situations also mean a constant review of the work procedures, which in turn are disseminated amongst all our staff so that the general pool of experience is broadened.
In addition to these sessions the Field Manager, visits the units to assess their level of competence in their field operations.
The entire training system forms part of the procedures of the Quality Management System and results in our maintaining our high standards of security service delivery.
