The company views training as the keystone for its excellence
in service. 21 days of Classroom & Outdoor Training is
imparted to all fresh recruits. This training serves as the
introduction to the major aspects of security work at the unit
level such as Duties & Responsibilities and other Standard
Operating Procedure as per the Clients requirement.
Our staff is also trained to respond to situations like fires,
strikes, gheraos, labour unrest situations. Such situations also
mean a constant review of the work procedures, which in turn
are disseminated amongst all our staff so that the general pool
of experience is broadened.
In addition to these sessions the Field Manager, visits the units to assess their level of competence in their field operations. The entire training system forms part of the procedures of the Quality Management System and results in our maintaining our high standards of security service delivery.
